PATA Days 2018 will take place in two venues:
- Venue 1: Possidi Holidays Resort & Suites Hotel (oral sessions and lunch)
- Venue 2: AUTh University Camping (poster sessions and dinner)
There will be a shuttle bus connecting these two venues.
The allocated time for oral presentations will be 15 minutes in total. Presenters will have access to a PC-compatible (no Mac) laptop with LCD projector. Please, bring your PowerPoint presentation to the meeting on a flash drive to load on the in-room laptop. You will not be able to use your own laptop for your presentation. You can load your presentation on the conference laptop before the first session, or during the breaks preceding your presentation. A support staff member will be in the room to assist with the loading.
For each poster, individual freestanding display boards will be allocated. The preferred poster size is A0 (1189x841 mm) in portrait mode (i.e. height larger than width). Posters can be hanged to the respective boards any time after the oral sessions.
Important: as is customary in PATA Days workshops, presenters are required to give a brief presentation of their poster (no more than 5 minutes) to the participants. This short presentation will take place in front of their respective posters.
